Kantha is a form of embroidery often practiced by Bheel tribes of Rajasthan. The traditional form of Kantha embroidery was done with soft, dhotis and saris, with a simple running stitch along the edges. Nowadays dew to modernization kantha work is practicing on ladies Kurtis, bags, bedcovers, ladies dupatta etc. motifs of kantha work are straight lines, on the edges of block prints, etc.
