Kantha is a form of embroidery often practised by Bheel tribes of rajasthan. The traditional form of Kantha embroidery was done with soft?dhotis?and saris, with a simple running stitch along the edges. Nowadays dew to modernisation katha work is practicing on ladies kurties, bags, bedcovers, ladies dupatta etc. motifs of khantha work are straight lines, on the edges of block prints, etc.
